Order Changes and Cancellations

Exchange
You can request an exchange for a product within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment within 5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
